Refund policy

We offer a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at info.thelunara@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

Once your exchange request is approved:

  • We will share exchange instructions and pickup details

  • A ₹250 exchange handling fee will be charged

  • Items sent without prior exchange approval will not be accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info.thelunara@gmail.com with clear photos/videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care products

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage
