To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

With original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your exchange request is approved:
We will share exchange instructions and pickup details
A ₹250 exchange handling fee will be charged
Items sent without prior exchange approval will not be accepted
